A wholesome vegetarian lunch and evening snacks will be provided to the students, you are most welcome to get your own tiffin too. Please make sure to carry your own water bottle this is done in order to reduce plastic waste.

The training sessions will clear most of the doubts and our mentors are always there to help before and during the conference. Study guides will also be provided well in advance so that the student has ample amount of time to prepare before the conference.

All electronic devices are allowed during the conference. However all phones need to be kept on silent mode when the student is inside the committee. Diplomat MUN takes no responsibility for the loss of any device.

The President and Secretary-General of Diplomat MUN shall retain full executive discretion to determine the eligibility of participants. They further reserve the right to select or approve individuals for participation or to deny participation at their sole and absolute discretion.

All information provided in the Individual Delegate Registration Form, the Delegation Registration Form or other Registration Materials must be accurate and verifiable. Any individual or delegation found to have provided false information in the aforementioned documents may be subject to immediate disqualification from the Conference.

The Conference is under no obligation to entertain any requests to alter allotments communicated to participants. However, the same may be carried out at the discretion of the Secretary-General or President

Any minor who registers for or enters into any agreement with the Conference or its representatives is assumed to have secured the consent of their parents/guardian, who are assumed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions on your behalf.

Diplomat Model United Nations (DMUN) shall not be deemed in breach of this Agreement, nor shall it be held liable for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations arising from any reason beyond its control, including but not limited to delegates failing to attend training sessions, missing communications or emails, arriving late to the conference, or failing to prepare adequately. DMUN shall not bear responsibility for any delegate's failure to download or review study materials or any other preparatory documents essential for conference participation.

All members are expected to maintain decorum in the venue and are expected to conduct themselves in a manner befitting the executive profession and diplomatic stature and responsibilities that they are discharging. The Organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action for any unethical, unprofessional and immoral conduct.

The Conference shall be responsible for providing lunch and tea to delegates, members of the Executive Board, and Organizing Committee members on both days of the event. Diplomat Model United Nations (DMUN) adheres to a strict vegetarian policy, and therefore, only vegetarian food will be served. DMUN assumes no responsibility or liability for food brought by attendees in their personal lunch boxes. Participants with special dietary requirements are encouraged to bring their own meals to accommodate their needs.
